With this Privacy Policy L2M SOLUTIONS DOO, Svetozara Ćorovića 10, 11120 Belgrade, Serbia (hereinafter: ‘’L2M Solutions’’, “we” or “us”) informs you about the processing of your personal information (Personal Data) which has been collected from you (hereinafter: ‘’Data Subject’’, ‘’you’’ or ‘’your’’), as well as your Personal Data protection claims and rights in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR) and the Serbian Personal Data Protection Act, in regard to the following:

  1. From which sources Personal Data come?
    We process Personal Data that we receive from your visit or purchase course on our website www.norajakovljevic.com (hereinafter “Website“).
  2. Which Personal Data are processed?
    Personal Data includes:
    • Your personal details: first and last name, company name (optional), state, address, city/town, district (optional), postal (zip) code, phone, e-mail address, data of the company (optional);
    • Data of your purchase: purchased products, quantities and prices, pro-invoice/invoice number, purchase date and time, previous purchases;
    • Data about your payment method: e.g. bank details…
    We do not collect or process any special categories of personal data.

    We process your Personal Data in accordance with applicable data protection law and for specific purposes and for a specific period.     Svrha: We process Personal Data you provide when purchasing a course for the purpose of fulfilling our contractual obligations to you.

    L2M Solutions employees and founders will receive your personal information who need them for the purpose outlined above. If we are legally obliged to do so, we will also transfer your Data to public
    authorized bodies. In addition, companies commissioned by us (in particular IT and back office providers) will receive your Data if they need them to fulfill their respective tasks. These providers are obliged to treat all Data confidentially, to process it only to the extent necessary for their service provision and they provide their processing activities within the European Economic Area. If these companies provide their processing activities outside the European Economic Area, there are appropriate safeguards in place to ensure an adequate level of data protection.

    To order and purchase the course it is necessary that you provide your Personal Data. Those Data are marked with (*) as mandatory. Unless you provide those mandatory Personal Data, we cannot enter into a contractual relationship with you and we will be unable to provide our service.
